The importer only considers cylinder elements and requires the column names: id, parent, start_x, start_y, start_z, end_x, end_y, end_z, radius, length, branch_order
The order and position of the columns is not important.
The created structure contains only of F turtle commands (cylinders) keeping the position and the taxonomic relation ship of the segments. Therefore a child segment of the same order is added as a successor and a child segment of a higher order is added as a branch.
This shape is similar to the result of other GroIMP import filters such as DTD or fastrak-XML, therefore the tools presented in this plugin will also work on structures imported from these files.
