By default, the color coding of the branch orders moves each order to the matching layer. Up to layer 7, all orders higher than 7 are added to layer 7. Each layer can be enabled or disabled via the 3D view (View > Visible Layers) or the QSM menu’s tree-wide tools. Currently, the menu’s check boxes are not updated when layers are changed using the QSM tools.
